Glenda Kelly is a highly skilled computer savvy professional whose passion is to provide quality administrative support and services to small businesses, churches, and. startup grassroots organizations.  She has over 45 years of managerial, education, and administrative experience.

In 2017 after over 20 plus years in public education, she transitioned from the classroom to operating her businesses, Be Sincerely Yours and Be Excellent Business & Tax Solutions on a full-time basis.   For the last five years, she has been focused on assisting clients virtually and through brick-and-mortar.  Her clients are located all over the world, so she knows how important it is to be able to establish a relationship even when email is the only viable connection. 

She is focused on helping small businesses, churches, entrepreneurs and startup grassroots organizations with the tasks and projects that they don't have time to do so that their focus can be on building their business. Her extensive years of working in management, education, and administrative capacities have given her a wealth of knowledge and expertise.

In addition to providing support and services to her clients, she is actively involved in her community, serving her community, church, and numerous non-profits in many capacities.  She was recently awarded The Pike County NAACP, Unsung Hero Award 2021. She is also a graduate of her local community Catalyst Troy Program, a leadership program with the City of Troy and Troy University.

She is the founder of The Tessie Ola Kelly Foundation, which currently provides scholarships and resources to assist students and parents that fall through the cracks of education.  She is also the founder of Be Sincerely Empowerment Series, which host empowerment opportunities for aspiring or existing Christian women business owners looking for resources to increase their growth, network opportunity, or a ministry leader, entrepreneur, and working professional seeking a motivational boost to get to their next level in all areas of their lives.   

She is a published author in three anthologies, and she will release two book in 2024 entitled “Kill it before it Kills You: Destroying the Enemies of Destiny.” and "PigTales and PigTails: A Flavorful Saga of Family, Food, and Unforgettable Stories."
